تمثلات المجتمع التبسي للمرأة العاملة في سلك الأمن

Abstract

يتجلى الهدف العام لهذه الدراسة في التعرف على تمثلات المجتمع التبسي للمرأة العاملة في الأمن الوطني، كما تهدف هذه الدراسة أيضا إلى التعرف على المدى الذي يمكن للفئات الاجتماعية تقبل عملها و التحديات التي تواجه المرأة العاملة في هذا قطاع الأمن من وجهة نظر المجتمع التبسي و على سبيل تحقيق ذلك انطلقنا قمنا بدراسة ميدانية في مدينة تبسة معتمدين على المنهج الاثنوجرافي الذي يتلاءم مع طبيعة الموضوع، و كان اختيار العينة بطريقة عشوائية تكونت من 15 مبحوث و مبحوثة، اختلفوا في السن و المستوى التعليمي و الوظيفة و الحالة الاجتماعية، و اعتمدنا في المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحليل البيانات و توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: البيئة الاجتماعية للفرد تشكل تمثيلاته حول المرأة العاملة في القطاع الأمني. أن القيم والعادات والتقاليد تشكل عائقا أمام المرأة الشرطية. هنالك تحفظات بالنسبة لموضوع الزواج من المرأة العاملة بالقطاع الأمني. أن ثقافة المجتمع تتدخل في تشكيل تمثيلاتهم اتجاه المرأة العاملة بقطاع الأمن الوطني. أن تمثلات المجتمع التبسي تختلف من فرد لآخر، لكننا لاحظنا أن جل المبحوثين المعارضين لعمل المرأة في هذا المجال كان أكثرهم من فئة الرجال، أما المبحوثين المؤيدين لها وكانوا محبين للعمل الشرطي عامة والمرأة الشرطية خاصة. Abstract : The aim of this study is to identify the representations of the Tebessi society about women who work in the sector of national security. The study also aims to understand how accepting is the Tebessi society to these women’s work and the views of the society to the challenges that these women face in such sector. To achieve these aims, we conducted a fieldwork in the city of Tebessa relying on an ethnographic approach of research that aligns with the nature of the topic . Selecting the study participants was random and it consisted of 15 males and females that belonged to different age groups, educational levels, professions, and marital status. The data in this research were analysed using a descriptive approach that revealed the following findings: 1. The individuals constitute their representations about women in the sector of security based on their social environment. 2. Reservations about marrying the working women in security sector . 3 .Costumes and traditions pose an obstacle to female police officers. 4 . The culture of the society forms its representations towards women working in the security sector. 5 . The representations of the Tebessi society vary from one individual to another. However, it is mostly men who are against females to work in the sector of security. . Nonetheless the ones who accept women to work in such profession support the police work broadly and the women police officers specifically .
