However, the development of the banking service and its bringing to the required level can only be achieved by focusing on the necessary development and modernization factors, in addition to the training and training of human resources to keep pace with all developments in the technological field and overcoming the various obstacles to the use of this technology and overcoming its disadvantages. |

| Abstract: | هدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى أهمية وضرورة إستخدام التكنولوجيا المصرفية لترقية الخدمات البنكية وتطيرها والوقوف على أشكالها، وواقع الأمر ببنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية بوكالة الشريعة. إن تحليل المعطيات التي تم جمعها من خلال تحليل إجابات الموظفين العاملين ببنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية بوكالة الشريعة بينت بما لا شك فيه ان التكنولوجيا المصرفية ضرورة كبيرة اذا ما اريد تطوير الخدمات البنكية، نظرا للمزايا العديدة التي توفرها للمؤسسة وما تسفر عنه من مشاعدة في عملية تقديم الخدمة. غير ان تطوير الخدمة البنكية وترقيتها بالمستوى المطلوب لا يتم الا من خلال التركيز على عوامل التطوير والتحديث اللازمة هذا فضلا عن تكوين وتدريب الموارد البشرية لتواكب جميع التطورات الحاصلة في المجال التكنولوجي وللتغلب على العوائق المختلفة لاستخدام هذه التكنولوجيا وتجاوز سلبياتها. |
