Abstract

La rationalisation du couple pelle-camion consiste à organiser les opérations de chargement et de transport des matériaux pour maximiser les rendements de ces équipements. Cela inclut le choix adéquat des machines, la coordination des cycles de travail et la minimisation des temps d'attente entre la pelle et le camion. Pour cette rationalisation, on a utilisé l’étude de performance à travers deux aspects : Le premier concerne l’utilisation de l’outil statistique par les calculs de la moyenne, de la variance et de l’écart type, ce qui a abouti à une représentativité des mesures réalisés sur le terrain. Le deuxième est l’application de la théorie de la file d’attente pour la flotte considérée ce qui a permis le calcul de plusieurs paramètres pour définir l’efficacité du système. Les résultats obtenus sont satisfaisants pour rationaliser le couple pelle-camion au niveau de la mine de fer d’Ouenza. The present work concerns the rationalization of the excavator-truck pair in an open-cast mining operation, case of the Ouenza iron mine, NE Algeria. Rationalizing the shovel-truck pair consists of organizing material loading and transport operations to maximize the output of this equipment. This includes the proper selection of machines, coordination of work cycles and minimizing waiting times between excavator and truck. For this rationalization, we used the performance study through two aspects: The first concerns the use of the statistical tool by calculating the mean, variance and standard deviation, which resulted in a representativeness of the measurements taken in the field. The second is the application of queuing theory for the fleet considered, which allowed the calculation of several parameters to define the efficiency of the system. The results obtained are satisfactory for rationalizing the excavator-truck couple at the level of the Ouenza iron mine. العمل الحالي يتناول تحسين استخدام ثنائية مجرفة والشاحنة في التعدين السطحي ،يهدف تحسين استخدام ثنائية مجرفة والشاحنة إلى تنظيم عمليات تحميل ونقل المواد لزيادة كفاءة هذه المعدات. يشمل ذلك الاختيار المناسب لألالت، وتنسيق دورات العمل، وتقميل أوقات الانتظار بين المجرفة .والشاحنة لاستخدام هذا التحسين ، تم دراسة الأداء من خلال جانبين رئيسيين: الجانب الأول يتعمق باستخدام الأداة الإحصائية من خلال حساب المتوسط، التباين والانحراف ، الجانب الثاني يتضمن تطبيق نظرية الانتظار عمى الوسط المدروس، مما سمح بحساب عدة معممات لتحديد كفاءة النظام الحفارة والشاحنة في منجم الحديد في ونز ة النتائج التي تم الحصول عميها كانت مرضية لتحسين استخدام ثنائية مجرفة .
