Abstract

الهدف من هذا العمل هو اختيار طريقة االستغالل المناسبة لموضع فسفاط بليد الهضبة، أحد أهم مكامن الفوسفاط في جبل أونك، الجزائر . وللقيام بذلك، ينقسم العمل إلى قسمين : يتعلق الجزء األول بدراسة نظرية تفصيلية حول طرق التشغيل والوضع الحالي لبالد الهضبة وجبل أونك؛ الجزء الثاني مخصص لتخطيطمشروع منجمي وتطبيق طريقة UBC لرواسب بالد الهضبة حسب النتائج التيتم الحصول عليها طريقة االستغالل المناسبة لرواسب فوسفات بالد الهضبة هي طريقة التعدين المكشوف تحت . تم تنفيذ تصميم الحفرة بالتفصيل : العمق، والزوايا، والحواجز، وما إلى ذلك . اقترحنا تقسيم العملية إلى 6 مراحل، كما نظرنا بالتفصيل في معلمات طريقة التشغيل، واختيار المعدات الالزمة؛ وقد تم تخصيص اهتمام خاص للتغلب على قيود الرمال التي تمت مواجهتها أثناء أعمال االستغالل السابقة . تمت معالجة الجزء االقتصادي أي ضً،ا استخدمنا O’Hara لتحديد تكاليف التشغيل. L’objectif du présent travail est la sélection de la méthode d’exploitation appropriée au gisement de phosphate de Bled El Hadba, l’un des plus importants gisements de phosphate de DJEBEL ONK, Algérie. Pour cela le travail est divisé en deux volets : Le premier volet concerne une étude théorique détaillée sur les méthodes d’exploitation et l’état actuel de Bled El Hadba et DJEBEL ONK ; Le deuxième volet est réservé à la planification d’un projet minier et l’application de la méthode UBC pour le gisement de Bled El Hadba selon les résultats obtenus la méthode d’exploitation appropriée au gisement de phosphate de Bled El Hadba est une méthode d’exploitation à ciel ouvert en descendant. La conception de la fosse a été réalisée en détails à savoir : profondeur, angles, bermes …. On a proposé une répartition de l’exploitation en 6 phases, on a également considéré en détails les paramètres de la méthode d’exploitation, le choix des équipements nécessaires ; Un intérêt particulier a été réservé pour surmonter la contrainte de sables rencontrée pendant les travaux d’exploitation antérieurs. Une partie économique a été également traitée, on a utilisé le d’Ohara pour la détermination des coûts opératoires. The objective of the present work is the selection of the appropriate mining method for the Bled El Hadba phosphate deposit, one of the most important phosphate deposits in DJEBEL ONK, Algeria. To do this, the work is divided into two parts: The first part concerns a detailed theoretical study on the mining methods and the current state of Bled El Hadba and DJEBEL ONK; The second part is reserved for the planning of a mining project and the application of the UBC method for the Bled El Hadba deposit according to the results obtained the mining method appropriate to the Bled El Hadba phosphate deposit is a method of open-cast mining going down. The design of the pit was carried out in detail: depth, angles, berms, etc. We proposed a division of the operation into 6 phases, we also considered in detail the parameters of the operating method, the choice of the necessary equipment; Particular interest was reserved to overcome the sand constraint encountered during previous exploitation works. An economic part was also treated, we used the O’hara model to determine the operating costs.
