L'Algéric qui dispose d'une réserve de phosphate estimée à plus de deux milliards de tonnes et constitue un des plus importants pays producteurs d'engrais dans le bassin méditerranéen, ambitionne de devenir un põle mondial d'exportation de phosphate et ses dérivés,

Ce projet stratégique, qui assurera l'extraction de phosphate de la mine de "Bled El-Hadba" dans la région sud de la wilaya, et sa transformation au niveau de plusieurs usines, permettra l'Emergence d'une industrie de transformation structurée et génératrice de richesses.

Ce projet a également un impact important dans le secteur des transports et notamment le transport ferroviaire; de hessa (Bled el Hacha, Djebel onk) à souk Ahras (Qued Kéberit) pour la transformation chimique du phosphate et de Oued Keberit à Hadjur Soud (Skikda) pour la labrication des engrais sans oublier l'exportation

Dans cette étude, les points considérés concernent trois volets le premier une approche sur l'exploitation du gisement de phosphate de Bled el Hadbe et les emplacements des différents infrastructures. Le deuxième volet, une étude sur le mode de transport discontinu (par camion et par chemin de fer) sur le tronçon Bled el Hadha et la Jonction de le Bir el Ater. Le troisième volet un aperçu sur l'usine de transformation et traitement à Oued Keberit.

المشروع المتكامل للفوسفاط (PPI) الذي يعتبر أول مشروع مندمج بالجزائر في مجال استغلال المناجم

وإنتاج الأسمدة والذي سيشمل تطوير وتشغيل منجم الفوسفاط بليد الهضبة بجبل عنق ولاية تبسة. وتهدف الجزائر التي تمتلك احتياطيا من الفوسفاط يقدر بأكثر من ملياري طن وتعد من أكبر الدول المنتجة للأسمدة في حوض البحر الأبيض المتوسط إلى أن تصبح مركزا عالميا لتصدير الفوسفات

ومشتقاته. وهذا المشروع الاستراتيجي، الذي سيضمن استخراج الفوسفاط من منجم "بليد الهضية" بالمنطقة الجنوبية للولاية، وتحويله على مستوى عدة مصانع سيسمح بظهور مجتمع منظم ومولد للثروات. كما أن لهذا المشروع تأثير كبير في قطاع النقل وخاصة النقل بالسكك الحديدية من تيسة بلاد الحدبة جبل عنق إلى سوق أهراس وادي كبيريت للتحويل الكيميائي للفوسفاط، ومن واد كبريت إلى حجر سود (سكيكدة لصناعة الأسمدة دون أن تنسى التصدير. في هذه الدراسة، تتعلق النقاط التي تم تناولها بثلاثة جوانب الأول هو مقاربة استغلال فوسفات بلاد الهضبة ومواقع البنى التحتية المختلفة الجزء الثاني دراسة طريقة النقل المتقطعة بالشاحنات والسكك الحديدية في قسم بلاد الهضبة ومفرق بئر العاشر الجزء الثالث لمحة عامة عن محطة التحويل والمعالجة بوادي الكباريت.
