المعالجة الإعلامية للظواهر الإجتماعية في القنوات التلفزيونية المتخصصة دراسة تحليلية لظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات في برنامج "أحكي حكايتك" على قناة الشروق TV

Abstract

الملخص: تندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن البحوث الوصفية التحليلية وهدفت أساسا لمعرفة طريقة المعالجة الإعلامية للظواهر الاجتماعية في القنوات التلفزيونية الخاصة وقد تم اختيار برنامج "أحكي حكايتك" على قناة الشروق Tv كأنموذج لفهم كيفية تناوله لظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات، وكذا التعرف على دوره في عمليات التوجيه والتوعية، وقد انطلقت هذه الدراسة من التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: كيف عالجت قناة الشروق TV ظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات في البرنامج الاجتماعي "أحكي حكايتك"؟ وبما أن دراستنا تحليلية قمنا بطرح مجموعة من التساؤلات موزعة على جانبي الشكل والمضمون. ولمعالجة هذا الموضوع اعتمدنا على المنهج المسحي باستخدام أسلوب تحليل المحتوى، وقد اخترنا عينة قصدية متمثلة في ستة أعداد تم تحليلها وفقا لاستمارة التحليل، أين توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: • ركزت المعالجة الإعلامية في قناة الشروق Tv في برنامج "أحكي حكايتك" على الحوار نظرا لأهميته في طرح وجهات النظر والنقاش الحي للموضوع. • المعالجة الإعلامية لظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات في برنامج "أحكي حكايتك" كانت موفقة نسبيا من حيث الشكل والمضمون، من خلال اعتمادها على قوالب فنية ملائمة حسب كل موضوع وقيامها باستضافة متخصصين ومستشارين للاستعانة بهم في فك تلك المواضيع بأساليب مختلفة واقناعية أدت أهدافا متنوعة خادمة للموضوع مع السعي إلى تقديم حلول بناءة .

Abstract: This study falls under descriptive-analytical research and primarily aims to understand the media treatment of social phenomena on private television channels. The program "Tell Your Story" on Echorouk TV was selected as a model to understand how it addresses the phenomenon of drug addiction, as well as to identify its role in guidance and awareness processes. This study began with the following main question: How did Echorouk TV address the phenomenon of drug addiction in the social program "Tell Your Story"? Given the analytical nature of our study, we posed a series of questions concerning both form and content. To tackle this subject, we employed the survey method using content analysis. We selected a purposive sample of six episodes, which were analyzed according to an analysis form, leading to the following results: • The media treatment on Echorouk TV's program "Tell Your Story" focused on dialogue due to its importance in presenting viewpoints and engaging in live discussion on the topic. • The media treatment of the phenomenon of drug addiction in the program "Tell Your Story" was relatively successful in terms of both form and content, by using appropriate artistic formats according to each topic and hosting specialists and consultants to help dissect these topics using various persuasive methods, achieving diverse objectives that served the topic while striving to provide constructive solutions. • The program paid attention to diversifying production elements and persuasive methods, including rational and emotional appeals.
