Abstract

ملخص بالعربية: اهتم موضوع هذه الدراسة بالرضا الوظيفي وعلاقته بالتوافق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط، فكان الهدف من هذه الدراسة والغاية منها معرفة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي والاستقرار النفسي، الاتزان الانفعالي الجيد والشعور بالانتماء لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط، ومعرفة مستوى الرضا الوظيفي والتعرف أيضا على الفروق ذات دلالة احصائية لكل من الاستقرار النفسي والاتزان الانفعالي والشعور بالانتماء لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط حسب المتغيرات. وقد استخدمت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وأيضا مقياسا للرضا الوظيفي الذي صمم من طرف الطالبتين، فقد تم توزيع 67 استبيان على مستوى متوسطتين ببلدية الشريعة وجمعت منهم53 استبيان تم قبولهم والاعتماد عليهم في الدراسة، وتم معالجة هذه البيانات ببرنامج Spss، وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي و الاستقرار النفسي والاتزان الانفعالي والشعور بالانتماء لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط، ووجود مستوى مرتفع من الرضا الوظيفي وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية حسب المتغيرات (الجنس، السن، الخبرة في التدريس

Abstract : The subject of this study was concerned with job satisfaction and its relationship to psychological adjustment among middle school teachers. The aim and purpose of this study was to find out the existence of a statistically significant relationship between achieving job satisfaction and psychological stability, good emotional balance and a sense of belonging among middle school teachers, and knowing the level of job satisfaction and recognition as well. There are statistically significant differences for psychological stability, emotional balance, and sense of belonging among middle school teachers according to the variables. This study used the descriptive, correlational approach, and also a measure of job satisfaction that was designed by the two students. 67 questionnaires were distributed at the two middle school levels in the Sharia Municipality, and 53 questionnaires were collected from them, which were accepted and relied upon in the study. This data was processed with the Spss program, and this study concluded that there is A statistically significant relationship between achieving job satisfaction, psychological stability, emotional balance, and a sense of belonging among middle school teachers, and the presence of a high level of job satisfaction and the absence of statistically significant differences according to variables (gender, age, teaching experience.)
