البعد التواصلي (أولياء + مدرسة) والحد من السلوك الانحرافي لدى التلاميذ دراسة ميدانية بمتوسطة هوام علي بن الشريف –ونزة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على البعد التواصلي بين {الأولياء + المدرسة} والحد من السلوك الانحرافي لدى التلاميذ دراسة ميدانية بدائرة الونزة ولاية تبسة من خلال الإجابة عن السؤال المركزي التالي: كيف يمكن للبعد بين الأولياء والمدرسة إن يحد من السلوكيات الانحرافية، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي مطبقين تقنية المقابلة مع 4 أولياء و 9 أساتذة طور المتوسط حيث تمثل نوع العينة في العينة العشوائية البسيطة و توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج مفادها: بالنسبة للأولياء تلعب عوامل الخبرة المهنية للأستاذ، الحالة المدنية للأستاذ، وقدرته على تحمل المسؤولية إضافة إلى جنس الأستاذ دوراً مهماً في تعزيز جودة التواصل بين الأولياء والمدرسة، وتحتاج إلى مراعاتها عند تطوير استراتيجيات التواصل وبناء شراكة فعالة، أما بالنسبة للأساتذة فتلعب عوامل اللغة والتواصل والعادات والتقاليد، والوضع الاقتصادي للأسرة والثقة المتبادلة دوراً مهماً في تعزيز جودة التواصل بين الأولياء والمدرسة. يرى الأولياء أن التعاون بين أولياء الأمور والمدرسة له دور فعال في الحد من السلوكيات الانحرافية لدى التلاميذ من خلال هذا التعاون. يلعب البعد التواصلي للأولياء والمدرسة دورا كبير في الحد من السلوكيات الإنحرافية لدى التلاميذ، وذلك من خلال انه يسمح بمعرفة أهم الأسباب التي تؤدي بهم الى ارتكاب هده السلوكيات ومن ثم يحاول إيجاد الطرق المناسبة التي تسمح بالقضاء أو التقليل النسب من أثار هذه السلوكيات.

ABSTRACT: The aim of this study is to identify the communicative dimension between {Parents + School} and reduce the deviant behavior of students through a field study in the Ouenza district of Tebessa province by answering the following central question: How can the distance between parents and the school reduce deviant behaviors? The study used the descriptive method, applying the interview technique with 4 parents and 9 middle school teachers. The sample type was a simple random sample. The study reached a set of results, namely: For parents, the teacher's professional experience, marital status, ability to take responsibility, and gender play an important role in enhancing the quality of communication between parents and the school, and need to be considered when developing communication strategies and building an effective partnership. As for the teachers, factors such as language, communication, customs and traditions, the family's economic situation, and mutual trust play an important role in enhancing the quality of communication between parents and the school. Parents believe that the cooperation between parents and the school has an effective role in reducing the deviant behaviors of students through this cooperation. The communicative dimension of parents and the school plays a major role in reducing the deviant behaviors of students, as it allows knowing the main reasons that lead them to commit these behaviors, and then tries to find the appropriate ways that allow to eliminate or reduce the effects of these behaviors.
