الجريمة الرتيبة وأسلوب حياة الضحية – دراسة كريمونولوجية لاثار تقاطع المسار الاجرامي للمجرم وضحيته

Abstract

بالغة العربية: ارتاينا في دراستنا هذه الكشف عن اثار تقاطع المسار اتلاجرامي للمجرم وأسلوب حياة ضحيته من خلال ظاهرة السرقة، حيث انطلقت اشكاليتها في تساؤل مركزي في كيفية اسهام الأنشطة الرتيبة للأفراد وأساليب حياتهم في جعلهم مدرمين سارقين او ضحايا مسروقين ببلدية تبسة. وقد اندرج تحت هذا التساؤل أربعة أسئلة فرعية على الترتيب: • ماهي الأنشطة الرتيبة والانماط السلوكية التي يتقاطعى فيها المسار الاتجرامي للمجرمين السارقين وأسلوب حياة ضحاياهم في بلدية تبسة؟ • كيف يؤدي العوامل الديمغرافية الى تقاطع المسار الاجرامي للمجرم السارق وأسلوب حياة ضحيته في بلدية تبسةظ • كيف تؤثر طبيعة الزمان والمكان في تقاطع المسار الاجرامي للمجرم السارق وأسلوب حياة ضحيته في بلدية تبسة؟ • كيف تعؤثر التوعية الأمنية في الحد او التقليل من تقاطع المسار الاجرامي للمجرم السارق وأسلوب حياة ضحيته في بلدية تبسة؟ • وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الذي حاولنا من خلاله وصف ظاهرة السرقة ببلدية تبسة. كما هي في واقعها وحاضرها، وذلك باستجواب مجموعة من افراد مجتمع هذه المدينة. اين كانت عينتنا قصدية بما أن موضوعنا يتطلب مجتمعا محددا تتوفر فيه الشروط. وتم اختيار (15 مفردة شملت المحققين، الضحايا، المجرمين). حيث لجأنا الى المقابلة لجمع البيانات وتحليلها ومناقشتها. وللاجابة عن هذه التساؤلات تم الاعتماد على الاتجاه النظري الاجتماعي من خلال نظرية النشاط الرتيب للباحثين "لورانس كوهني" و "ماركوس فيلسون". وكذلك نظرية أسلوب الحياة لكل من الباحث "هندلانغ" و "غوتفردسون" و "غاروفار". وأخيرا خلصت الدراسة لتؤكد ان تاثير مجموعة من الأنشطة الرتيبة والاتنماط السلوكية على تقاطع المسار الاجرامي لمجرمي السرقة مع أسلوب حياة ضحاياهم. و اوجد بذلك ان الأنشطة ذات الاخطار العالية لها اثار بالغة في حياة افراد بلدية تبسة وابرزها: تعاطي المخدرات التردد على الأماكن والاوقات الموصومة، المخالطة الفارقة، البعد عن الدراسة • الأنماط • السلوكية ذات الاخطار العالية لها اثار بالغة في حياة افراد بلدية تبسة وابرزها: الإهمال عدم الوعي، الابتزاز، الاثارة، رغبة الاستحواذ. • العوامل الديمغرافية لها اثار بالغة في حياة افراد بلدية تبسة وابرزها: التنشئة الاجتماعية المخالطة الفارقة، الفعل الاجرامي. • طبيعة الزمان والمكان لمها اثار بالغة في حياة افراد بلدية تبسة وابرزها: التي ترجمت في شكل: تنشئة اجتماعية. الجهات الأمنية والوعي بالاساليب الاجرامية. التقنيات الحديثة

Summary In this study, we wanted to reveal the effects of the intersection of the criminal’s telecriminal path and his victim’s lifestyle through the phenomenon of theft, as its problem began with a central question about how the monotonous activities of individuals and their lifestyles contribute to making them trained thieves or stolen victims in the municipality of Tebessa. This question includes four sub-questions, respectively: • What are the monotonous activities and behavioral patterns in which the criminal path of theft criminals and the lifestyle of their victims intersect in the municipality of Tebessa? • How do demographic factors lead to the intersection of the criminal path of the thief and the lifestyle of his victim in the municipality of Tebessa? • How does the nature of time and place affect the intersection of the criminal path of the thief and the lifestyle of his victim in the municipality of Tebessa? • How does security awareness affect limiting or reducing the intersection of the criminal path of the thief and the lifestyle of his victim in the municipality of Tebessa? • The study used the descriptive approach through which we attempted to describe the phenomenon of theft in the municipality of Tebessa. As it is in its reality and present, by interrogating a group of members of this city’s community. Our sample was intentional, since our topic requires a specific community that meets the conditions. (15 items were selected, including investigators, victims, and criminals). We resorted to interviews to collect, analyze and discuss data. To answer these questions, we relied on the social theoretical approach through monotonous activity theory by researchers Lawrence Kuhny and Marcus Felson. As well as the lifestyle theory of the researcher “Hendlang”, “Gotfredson” and “Garovar”. Finally, the study concluded by confirming that the impact of a group of monotonous activities and behavioral patterns on the intersection of the criminal path of theft criminals with the lifestyle of their victims.
