دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في المؤسسات الاصلاحية للأحداث- دراسة ميدانية في المؤسسات الاصلاحية تبسة

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية هدفت الدراسة الحالية والموسومة بدور الأخصائي الإجتماعي في المؤسسات الإصلاحية للأحداث، إلى محاولة الكشف عن المهام التي يقوم بها الأخصائي الإجتماعي داخل المؤسسات الإصلاحية للأحداث، من خلال التعرف على أساليب الرعاية والتوجيه الإجتماعي للأحداث المنحرفين، وعليه فقد تمحورت الدراسة الحالية حول تساؤل رئيسي مفاده: ماهي المهام التي يقوم بها الأخصائي الإجتماعي في المؤسسات الإصلاحية؟ الدراسة الحالية ضمن الدراسات الوصفية وتماشيا مع طبيعة الدراسة وأهدافها استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي، كما اتجهت هذه الدراسة إلى استخدام أسلوب المسح الشامل، حيث طبقت على (19) مفردة من الأحداث و(2) أخصائيين اجتماعيين في المؤسسات الإصلاحية للأحداث -تبسة- المركز متعدد الخدمات لوقاية الشبيبة-بكارية-CSPJ، ومركز إعادة التربية بنات-تبسة- CSRFكما اعتمدت في الجمع البيانات على استمارة المقابلة للأحداث والمقابلة للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين، وقد حوصلت أهم نتائج الدراسة في ما يلي: فاعلية الاخصائي الاجتماعي في تحقيق التوجيه الاجتماعي، اعتماد الأخصائي الاجتماعي على مجموعة من المهارات أثناء تعامله مع الأحداث، كما أنه من أهداف الأخصائي الاجتماعي لرعاية الأخصائي الاجتماعي داخل المؤسسات.

Abstract of the study The current study, tagged as a social worker in juvenile correctional institutions, aimed at trying to uncover the tasks performed by the social worker within juvenile correctional institutions, by identifying the methods of care and social guidance for juvenile delinquents. The current study therefore focused on a key question: What is the social worker's tasks in correctional institutions? The current study within descriptive studies and in line with the nature and objectives of the study, we used the descriptive curriculum, and this study also tended to use the comprehensive survey method, where it was applied to (19) Individual juveniles and (2) social workers in juvenile correctional institutions - Dress - Multi-Service Youth Protection Centre-Kariya-CSPJ, Girls' Reeducation Centre-Tebbas-CSRF. Data collection also relied on the interview form for juveniles and social workers. The most important findings of the study were obtained as follows: The effectiveness of the social worker in achieving social guidance, the social worker's reliance on a set of skills while dealing with the juveniles, and it is also one of the goals of the social worker to care for the social worker within the institutions.
