العوامل المحددة لابعاد الفعل الاجرامي لحالات الإقرار الذاتي دراسة لمضمون مجموعة من الفيديوهات والتقارير الاعلامية

Abstract

ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة ضمن البحوث الإستكشافية exploratory researches (الكيفية) التي تعتمد على المرحلة الإستطلاعية لبناء الموضوع من خلال الوصف والتحليل للعوامل المأثرة في الفعل الإجرامي، وذلك عن طريق تحليل مضمون لمجموعة من الفيديوهات والتقارير الإعلامية، بإستخدام منهج دراسة الحالة لتحديد تبريرات وتفسيرات المعتدين لأفعالهم، ومعرفة أسباب الجريمة من خلال الإقرارت الذاتية الفاعلين الإجراميين وتحديد الأسباب والعوامل المؤدية للجريمة إستنادا على إعترافاتهم، ومن ثم إبراز أبعاد الإختلاف بين المعطيات المتحصل عليها من خلال الإقرار الذاتي ومقارنتها بالعوامل التي لا تكون في ذلك السياق. تمت دراسة 7 حالات من الإعتراف والإقرار الذاتي مختارة بشكل قصدي لتمثيل مجتمع البحث المتمثل في الفيديوهات التي تتضمن حالات الإقرار الذاتي وتم تحليل أقوال وأجوبة الفاعلين الإجراميين في الحالات المتحصل عليها عن مختلف أفعالهم وتفاصيل حياتهم منذ بدايتها، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الفاعلين غالبا ما يبررون أفعالهم بظروفهم الحياتية الصعبة، والرغبة في تحسين أوضاعهم خاصة في نوعية الحياة، التأثيرات الخارجية والاستمتاع الشخصي؛ إضافة إلى ذلك، تبين أن الرغبة في الحرية، التفكك الأسري، الصدمات الماضية وتعاطي المخدرات هي من أبرز العوامل المؤدية للفعل الإجرامي في هذه الحالات. تقدم هذه الدراسة رؤى مهمة لفهم الدوافع والأسباب الكامنة وراء الجرائم المختلفة إستنادا على أقوال واعترافات الفاعلين أنفسهم حيث نستنتج أن النتائج التي نتوصل إليها من خلال الدراسات الكيفية أكثر تفصيلا وعمقا لأنها مأخوذة من المصدر. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإقرار الذاتي، العوامل المؤثرة في الفعل الإجرامي، أسباب الفعل الإجرامي، دراسة قائمة على الجاني.

Abstract : This study aimed within exploratory researches (qualitative) that are based on the exploratory phase to build the subject, to describe and analyse the factors affecting the criminal act, by analysing the content of a series of videos and media reports, using the case study methodology to determine the excuses and explanations of the offenders for their actions, and the causes of the crime through the self-reported data of the offenders themselves to identify the causes and factors leading and affecting the crime based on their own confessions, thus highlighting the different dimensions of the data obtained through self-report and comparing them with factors that are not in that context. Seven cases of self-report and confessions were purposely selected to represent the research community in the form of self-reported videos. The statements and answers of the criminal offenders were analysed in the cases obtained, about various acts and details of their lives since it began. The results of the study showed that offenders often justify their criminal actions by their difficult living conditions and the desire to improve their situations especially about life quality, external influences and personal enjoyment. In addition, the desire for freedom, family disintegration, past trauma and drug abuse were shown to be among the most significant factors leading to criminal action in these cases. This study provides important insights to understand the motives and underlying causes of the various crimes based on the statements and confessions of the actors themselves, in which we conclude data we draw from the qualitative studies are more detailed and in-depth because they are taken directly from the source.
