Abstract

العربية تدور هذه الدراسة التي تحمل عنوان " سؤال العدالة في الفكر الغربي المعاصر، مايكل ساندل أنموذجا " حول ماهية العدالة وكيفية تجسيدها على أرض الواقع وتهدف إلى تحديد نظرة الفيلسوف الأمريكي السياسي الأكثر شهرة مايكل ساندل الذي يعطي للعدالة مفهوما خاص حيث تناولت أولا مفهومها وتطورها حول العصور وقد تطرقت بالاكثر إلى عرض مشروع العدالة عند ساندل الذي حاول تأسيس مجتمع ليبرالي حر عادلا يقوم على المصلحة العامة والجماعية و ينص على ربط العدالة بالأخلاق ونادى بأولوية الخير العام وحرص على الحفاظ لحقوق الشعب دون المساس بـ المزاعم الأخلاقية ورد الإعتبار للفرد وإخراجه من واقعه ومستنقعه المادي الذي يعيش فيه وعليه فإن العدالة عنده تقوم على تأسيس نظام جديد يسود فيه الأمان والإستقرار ويقوم على تأكيده الكلي على المصلحة العامة للمجتمع. الفرنسية Le titre de cette étude est La question de la justice dans la pensée contemporaine occidentale, par Michael Sandel. L'objectif de cette étude est Qu'est-ce que la justice et comment l'incorporer dans le monde réel ?Sandel a tenté d'établir une société libre, juste et libérale fondée sur l'intérêt public et collectif. Il liait la justice à la moralité et réclamait la priorité des droits communs.Sandel a restauré la dignité de l'individu et l'a éloigné de sa réalité matérielle. Il souligne la nécessité d'établir un système sérieux dans lequel la sécurité et la stabilité prédominent et dépendent. الانجليزية The title of this study is The Question of Justice in Western contemporary Thought, by Michael Sandel .The focus of this study is What is the justice and how to incorporate it on the real world?Sandel tried to establish a free, fair and liberal society based on the public and collective interest. He linked justice to morality, and he called for the priority of the common rights and was keen to preserve the rights of the peopleSandel restored the dignity of the individual and removed him from his material reality . He emphasizes the necessity of establishing a serious system in which safety and stability prevail and depends on the public rights.
