Abstract

ملخص: تتناول الدراسة موضوع تجهيزات المكتبات الجامعية وفق المعايير الدولية IFLA أنموذجا: دراسة ميدانية بمكتبة كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية - تبسة - التي وضعها الاتحاد الدولي للمكتبات والمؤسسات حيث تتمحور الدراسة حول فهم كيفية تطبيق هذه المعايير في تجهيزات مكتبة كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية - تبسة - ومدى توافقها وملائمتها لتلبية حاجيات المستفيدين. قد حاولنا في دراستنا الاجابة على التساؤل المحوري ما مدى مطابقة تجهيزات مكتبة كلية العلوم الانسانية و الاجتماعية تبسة - للمعايير الدولية IFLA التي ينصح بها. اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي و توصلنا في الاخير الى مجموعة من النتائج، تبين ان تجهيزات مكتبة كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية - تبسة - مطابق للمعايير الدولية في مجمل مقاييسها ومواصفاتها التي عن طريقها تضمن جودة في العمل و الاتقان لخدمة روادها. Résumé: L'étude examine les équipements des bibliothèques universitaires selon les normes de la Fédération internationale des associations de bibliothécaires et des bibliothèques (IFLA), en utilisant la bibliothèque de la Faculté des sciences humaines et sociales à Tébessa comme étude de cas. La recherche se concentre sur la compréhension de la manière dont ces normes sont appliquées dans les équipements de la bibliothèque et leur alignement avec les besoins des utilisateurs. À travers une méthodologie descriptive, l'étude visait à répondre à la question centrale de savoir dans quelle mesure les équipements de la bibliothèque de la Faculté des sciences humaines et sociales à Tébessa respectent les normes internationales recommandées par l'IFLA. Les résultats indiquent que dans l'ensemble, les équipements de la bibliothèque sont conformes aux normes internationales dans la plupart des aspects, garantissant ainsi la qualité et la précision dans le service à ses utilisateurs Abstract : The study investigates university library facilities according to the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) standards, using the library of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Tebessa as a case study. The research focuses on understanding how these standards are applied in the library's facilities and their alignment with meeting user needs. Through a descriptive methodology, the study aimed to address the central question of how well the facilities of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences library in Tebessa adhere to the recommended IFLA international standards. The findings indicate that overall, the library's facilities conform to international standards in most aspects, ensuring quality and precision in serving its patrons.
