Abstract

الملخص بالعربية: أعطى مؤتمر الصومام دفعة قوية للثورة الجزائرية من خلال إقراره لمجموعة من التنظيمات والهيئات العلنية والسرية، هذه الأخيرة التي حاولت بعث المحاولات الأولى لسنة 1947 باستحداث سلاح الإشارة. هذا السلاح الذي بدأ بتجهيزات قليلة ورجال أقل، وراح يتطور عدة وعتادا إلى أن وصل إلى مرحلة تفوق فيها على العدو الغاشم، وذلك بعد انتشاره لا في القواعد الخلفية فقط وإنما عبر كل التراب الجزائري في صورة منظمة وعبر مصالح مستحدثة سهر عليها رجال لقبوا برجال الخفاء، هؤلاء الرجال الذين أخفوا أنفهسم طيلة الثورة، وأخرجوا عملهم إلى العلن ليعلن انتصاره على الاستعمار الفرنسي ومصالحه الخاصة.
