مبدأ السيادة الوطنية في مسار المفاوضات الجزائرية الفرنسية خلال الثورة التحريرية

Abstract

إن الثورة الجزائرية كانت تقوم على إستراتيجيتين سياسية وعسكرية قادتها إلى تكثيف جهودها في جميع المجالات وإحراز النصر من خلال الإصرار على مبادئها وتحديد أهدافها المنشودة، مما جعل قيادتها تدخل في غمار اتصالات حاسمة بعد أخذ ورد قد خلصت إلى مفاوضات عرفت بمفاوضات إيفيان التي أعطيت الوجه الحقيقي للعدو، بالرغم من بروز العديد من الانقسامات والتحالفات التي زادت من حدة الصراع لكنها استطاعت أن تحقق النصر وما جاء في بيان أول نوفمبر 1954. ولقد اعتبرها الوفد الجزائري مكسبا عظيما تطلب تحقيق ثمنا غاليا. إن مبدأ اعتراف فرنسا بالسيادة الوطنية هو الهدف الذي كان حلما من الأحلام ها هو قد تحقق وبفضله يمكن حل جميع المشاكل بما يتفق وطموحات الثورة، وحسب المعطيات الموضوعية التي تتطلبهاالسيادة الوطنية. Abstract: The Algerian revolution was based on two political and military strategies that led it to intensify its efforts in all fields and achieve victory by insisting on its principles and defining its desired goals, which caused its leadership to enter into decisive communications after a debate that led to negotiations known as the Evian negotiations, which gave the true face of the enemy. Despite the emergence of many divisions and alliances that increased the intensity of the conflict, it was able to achieve victory, as stated in the statement of the first of November 1954. The Algerian delegation considered it a great gain that demanded a high price. The principle of France's recognition of national sovereignty is the goal that was once a dream, and now it has been achieved. Thanks to it, all problems can be solved in accordance with the aspirations of the revolution, and according to the objective data required by national sovereignty.
