تطوير مهارات الأساتذة و تأثيرها على مرأية الجامعة دراسة ميدانية لجامعة الشهيدالشيخ العربي التبسي– تبسة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن تطوير مهارات الاساتذة وتأثيرها على مرئية الجامعة، وانطلق هذا البحث من التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ما تأثير تطوير مهارات الاساتذة على مرئية جامعة الشهيد الشيخ العربي التبسي- تبسة-؟، حيث تفرع هذا البحث الى ثلاث فرضيات جزئية وهي: _ ترفع المهارات التدريسية للأستاذ من شهرة الجامعة وسمعتها. _ تساهم المهارات البحثية لدى الاستاذ على نشر الابحاث والمقالات. _ تؤدي المهارات المهنية الى بناء شراكات استراتيجية، وللتحقق من هذه الفرضيات ميدانيا تم اعداد استبانة كأداة للدراسة بحيث بلغ عدد 47 فقرة موزعة على 04 محاور وهي: -المحور الأول: البيانات السوسيو ديمغرافية _ المحور الثاني: المهارات التدريسية وشهرة الجامعة وسمعتها، _ المحور الثالث: المهارات البحثية ونشر المقالات والابحاث العلمية. _ المحور الرابع: المهارات المهنية وبناء شراكات استراتيجية، والتي تم تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من 273 استاذا تم اختيارهم عشوائيا، بعد التحقق من خصائصها السيكو مترية( الصدق، والثبات)، وقد تم معالجة البيانات الاحصائية المتحصل عليها من الاستبانة باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية(spss)versien25، وقد حققت الدراسة النتائج التالية: _ تحسين الصورة العامة للجامعة من خلال جودة التعليم والتدريس وتحفيز التطوير المستمر لمهارات الاستاذ وهذا من خلال الدورات التكوينية، وبالتالي فإن تحسين مهارات الاساتذة يعد استثمارا هاما في تعزيز سمعة الجامعة، _ يسعى الاساتذة لتعزيز مهاراتهم البحثية من خلال برامج تدريسية متخصصة ونشر الابحاث في المجلات العلمية، وهذا ما يزيد من تأثيرهم لاستمرار التقدم العلمي وتحقيق الزيادة العلمية في الجامعة. _ بناء الشراكات من خلال المهارات المهنية للأستاذ تمكنه من التواصل الفعال وكذلك تطوير وتنفيذ خطط استراتيجية لتحديد الأهداف، وبالتالي فالمهارات المهنية تساهم بشكل فعال في بناء شراكات استراتيجية وهذه الشراكات تساعد في تحسين جودة التعليم.

Summary This study aims to reveal the development of professors’ skills and their impact on the university’s visibility، This research started from the following main question: What is the impact of developing professors’ skills on the visibility of the University of Chahid Sheikh Al-Arabi Tebessi - Tebessa -? This research was divided into three partial hypotheses: _ The professor’s teaching skills raise the university’s fame and reputation، _ The professor’s researching skills contribute to publishing research and articles، _ Professional skills lead to building strategic partnerships، To verify these hypotheses in the field، a questionnaire was prepared as a tool for the study، consisting of 47 items distributed over 04 axes، which are: _ The first axis: socio-demographic data. The second axis: teaching skills and the university’s fame and reputation، _ The third axis: research skills and publishing scientific articles and research، _ Fourth axis: professional skills and building strategic partnerships، Which was applied to the study sample، which consisted of 273 randomly selected professors، after verifying its psychometric properties (validity and reliability)، and the statistical data obtained from the questionnaire was processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program، The study achieved the following results: _ Improving the general image of the university through the quality of education and teaching and stimulating the continuous development of the professor’s skills through training courses، Therefore، improving the professors’ skills is an important investment in enhancing the university’s reputation

Résumé Cette étude vise à révéler le développement des compétences des professeurs et leur impact sur la visibilité de l’université Cette recherche est partie de la question principale suivante : Quel est l’impact du développement des compétences des professeurs sur la visibilité de l’Université de Chahid Sheikh Al-Arabi Tebessi - Tebessa -? Cette recherche a été divisée en trois hypothèses partielles : _ Les compétences d’enseignement du professeur rehaussent la renommée et la réputation de l’université _ Les compétences de recherche du professeur contribuent à la publication de recherches et d’articles _ Les compétences professionnelles mènent à l’établissement de partenariats stratégiques Pour vérifier ces hypothèses sur le terrain, un questionnaire a été préparé comme un outil pour l’étude comprenant 47 éléments répartis sur 04 axes qui sont : _ Le premier axe : données sociodémographiques. Le deuxième axe : les compétences pédagogiques et la renommée et la réputation de l’université _ Le troisième axe : les compétences en matière de recherche et la publication d’articles et de recherches scientifiques _ Le quatrième axe : Qui a été appliqué à l’échantillon de l’étude qui était composé de 273 professeurs sélectionnés au hasard après vérification de ses propriétés psychométriques (validité et fiabilité)et les données statistiques obtenues à partir du questionnaire ont été traitées à l’aide du Progiciel statistique pour les sciences sociales (SPSS).L’étude a donné les résultats suivants : _ Améliorer l’image générale de l’université grâce à la qualité de l’éducation et de l’enseignement et stimuler le développement continu des compétences du professeur par le biais de cours de formation. réputation de l’université
