الرقمنة الإدارية وتأثيرها على الإتصال التنظيمي الدراسة الميدانية: الصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماعي لغير الأجراء ولاية تبسة

Abstract

الملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تسليط الضوء على الرقمنة الإدارية وتأثيرها على الإتصال التنظيمي كونها من المواضيع الهامة في علم إجتماع، ولتحقيق الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة، إعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي، حيث أجريت الدراسة على مستوى مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماعي للعمال لغير الأجراء CASNOS وكالة تبسة، وقد مست أغلب موظفيها الذين قدر عددهم ب40 موظف، وهذا راجع لإستخدام الحصر الشامل لمنهج الدراسة، كذلك تم إستعمال أدوات جمع البيانات المتمثلة في الملاحظة والإستبيان. وتوصلت الدراسة لنتائج مفادها أن الرقمنة ساهمت في تحسين ظروف العمل الإداري عن طريق مساعدة الموظفين في سرعة وفاعلية المعلومات، وكذلك تحفيز الإتصال التنظيمي داخل المؤسسة، كذلك تم تحقيق الفرضية العامة التي مفادها تأثير الرقمنة الإدارية على الإتصال التنظيمي، حيث تبين لنا من النتائج أن لها تأثير إيجابي و بشكل كبير، هذا ما يوضح أهميتها في المؤسسة.

Abstract :

This study aimed to try to shed light on administrative digitization and its impact on organizational communication, as it is one of the important topics in sociology. To achieve the main goal of the study, we relied on the descriptive approach, as the study was conducted at the level of the National Social Security Fund for Non-Salaried Workers “CASNOS” Tebessa Agency. It touched most of its employees, whose number was estimated at 40 employees. This is due to the use of a comprehensive inventory of the study method. Data collection tools such as observation and questionnaire were also used. The study reached results that digitization contributed to improving administrative work conditions by helping employees with the speed and effectiveness of information, as well as stimulating organizational communication within the organization. The general hypothesis was also achieved, which is the effect of administrative digitization on organizational communication, as it became clear to us from the results that it has an impact. Positively and significantly, this explains its importance in the organization.
