Abstract

الملخص باللغة العربية : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور تمكين المورد البشري في تحقيق المواطنة التنظيمية بالمؤسسة الجزائرية اتصالات الجزائر وكالة تبسة وتم بناءا على هذا الإشكال صياغة فرضيات للدراسة وقد تم تقديم إطلالة نظرية على متغيرات الدراسة وملامسة الواقع أكثر قمنا بدراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وكالة تبسة معتمدين على المنهج الوصفي الملائم لطبيعة دراستنا واختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية تتكون من 51 عامل أما فيما يخص أدوات جمع البيانات فاعتمدنا على استمارة متكونة من 3 محاور بمجموع أسئلة يقدر ب 35 سؤال وقد تم تفريع وعرض تحليل وتفسير البيانات ومناقشة النتائج في ضوء فرضيات الدراسة وقد تم التوصل إلى أن تمكين المورد البشري يلعب دورا فعالا في تحقيق المواطنة التنظيمية في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بتبسة، وهذا ما تم استنتاجه من خلال مساهمة كل أبعاد تمكين المورد البشري في كل أبعاد المواطنة التنظيمية. الملخص باللغة الإنجليزية : This study aims to know the role of empowering the human resource in achieving organizational citizenship in the Algerian corporation, Algeria Telecom, Tebessa Agency. Based on this problem, hypotheses were formulated for the study. A theoretical overview of the variables of the study was presented and to touch reality more. We conducted a field study at the Algerian Telecom Corporation, Tebessa Agency, relying on the descriptive approach. appropriate to the nature of our study and choosing a stratified random sample consisting of 51 workers. As for data collection tools, we relied on a form consisting of 3 axes with a total of questions estimated at 35 questions. The analysis and interpretation of the data were divided and presented, and the results were discussed in light of the study’s hypotheses. It was concluded that empowering the resource Human resources play an effective role in achieving organizational citizenship at the Algeria Telecom Corporation in Tebessa, and this is what was concluded through the contribution of all dimensions of human resource empowerment to all dimensions of organizational citizenship. الملخص باللغة الفرنسية : Cette étude vise à connaître le rôle de l'autonomisation des ressources humaines dans la réalisation de la citoyenneté organisationnelle dans la société algérienne Algérie Télécom, Agence de Tebessa. Sur la base de cette problématique, des hypothèses ont été formulées pour l'étude. Un aperçu théorique des variables de l'étude a été présenté. et pour toucher davantage la réalité, nous avons mené une étude de terrain à la Société Algérienne des Télécoms, Agence de Tébessa, en nous appuyant sur l'approche descriptive adaptée à la nature de notre étude et sur la sélection d'un échantillon aléatoire stratifié. Il est composé de 51 facteurs. Quant aux outils de collecte de données, nous nous sommes appuyés sur un formulaire composé de 3 axes avec un total de questions estimé à 35 questions. L'analyse et l'interprétation des données ont été divisées et présentées, et les résultats ont été discutés à la lumière. des hypothèses de l'étude.
