Abstract

ملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر البيئة التنظيمية على الكفاءة المهنية في المؤسسة العمومية لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز سونلغاز– تبسة – حيث تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على جمع المعطيات والبيانات المتعلقة بالظاهرة الموضوع الدراسة، إضافة إلى استخدام الإستمارة كأداة رئيسية في جمع المعطيات تمثلت في 80 عينة من عمال المؤسسة التي تم تحليلها بالإعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي (27spss)، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: • يوجد أثر إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية حول أثر اتصال تنظيمي على الكفاءة المهنية • يوجد أثر إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية حول أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات على الكفاءة المهنية • يوجد أثر إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية حول أثر البيئة التنظيمية على الكفاءة المهنية

Summary: The objective of this study was to identify the impact of the regulatory environment on the professional competence of the Public Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation Sonelgas-Tabbah, which relied on the collection of data and data on the phenomenon under study.
