Abstract

الملخص: حاولنا في هاته الدراسة، التعرف على وجهة نظر العمال لمديرية التربية لولاية تبسة إتجاه قيادتهم، من خلال تمثلاتهم و تصوراتهم والتي برزت في شكل ثلاثة تساؤلات، حاولنا الإجابة عليها من خلال الفرضيات المطروحة في الدراسة، معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي و عينة مقدرة بـ 86 عامل بالمديرية أين تحصلنا على عدة نتائج من خلال عرض و تحليل المعطيات و البيانات المستقاة من ميدان الدراسة Summary In this research paper we attempted to understand the perspective of employees in the directorate of education in tèbèssa towards their leadership through their representations and perceptions which emerged in the form of three questions we attempted to answer them through the hypotheses presented in the study relying on the descriptive approach and a sample of 86 workers in the directorate we obtained several results through the presentation and analysis of the data collected from the study field.
