| Abstract: | هدفت الد ا رسة الى معرفة واقع عملية الاكتشاف والانتقاء والتطوير الرياضي لدى رياضي العاب القوى بولاية تبسة، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم اختيار عينة الد ا رسة بالطريقة العمدية وبلغ عددها 13 مدربا، ومن اجل جمع البيانات اعتمدنا على استبيان تم اعداده لهذه الد ا رسة، كما تم تحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها بواسطة التك ا رر والنسب المئوية، وبعد التحليل توصلنا الى مجموعة من النتائج ابرزها عدم وجود برنامج وطني ينظم عملية الاكتشاف والانتقاء الرياضي، عملية الاكتشاف الرياضي لا تغطي جميع مناطق الولاية، المنشاءات الرياضية وان وجدت فهي تقتصر فقط على مناطق محددة، شح الموارد المادية للأندية، وغياب الدعم الاجتماعي المتعدد، وبناء عليه توصي الد ا رسة بضرورة اعتماد برنامج وطني ي ا رعي فيه خصوصيات كل منطقة من الوطن، استحداث لجان على مستوى ال ا ربطات مهمتها الكشف عن العناصر التي تتمتع بالموهبة، توفير الم ا رفق الرياضية وتهيئة الساحات لتشجيع الاقبال على ممارسة رياضة العاب القوى، وضرورة الرفع من قيمة المساعدات المادية الموجهة للأندية الرياضية وذلك بغية مساعدتها على تغطية نفقاتها المختلفة |
| Description: | The study aimed to know the current position of the process of discovering, selecting and developing track and field athletes in Tebessa state. To fulfill it, we have used the descriptive survey method. The purposive sampling was chosen and it included 13 coaches. For collecting data, we relied on a questionnaire. Subsequently, the data was analyzed through repetition and percentages. Next, we obtained a group of results by analyzing them. Significantly, the absence of a local program which organizes the process of discovering and selecting athletes, the process of discovering athletes doesn’t encompass the regions of the state, the athletic constructions are limited to few areas, the shortage of the material resources for sports clubs and the absence of the multiple social support. Accordingly, this study aligns with the necessity of adopting a localized program that caters to the specific needs of every region across the state. Also, renewing the committees within the associations that are responsible for uncovering talented members. Besides, providing athletic facilities and preparing its grounds to support the accessibility of participating in track and field sport. Moreover, the need to elevate the value of financial aids for sports clubs in order to cover their various fees. |
