| Description: | The study aimed to identify the educational and pedagogical objectives of physical education and sports in primary education, evaluate the current implementation of physical education and sports programs in primary schools, and assess the availability of necessary facilities and equipment for effective program execution. Additionally, the study sought to identify the challenges facing the implementation of physical education and sports in primary education. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach and utilized a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The study was conducted on a sample of 40 primary school physical education teachers in the municipality of Tébessa. The study revealed that the educational and pedagogical objectives of physical education and sports are not fully implemented in primary schools. There is a shortage of resources and equipment necessary for the effective execution of physical education and sports programs. Physical education and sports teachers face difficulties in achieving educational objectives due to a lack of training and qualification. Improving the quality of physical education and sports requires greater support from educational administration and the local community |
