| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى ترويج الخدمات المكتبية لتقديم خدمات المعلومات من خلال الشبكات الاجتماعية من جهة، و من جهة أخرى معرفة الصعوبات التي تواجههم دون استخدام هذه التقنيات، كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المهارات التكنولوجية للعاملين والتي تمكنهم من استخدام الشبكات الاجتماعية وتم اختيار مكتبات المطالعة العمومية المتواجدة في ولاية تبسة – مالك بن النبي - كميدان لدراستنا حيث بلغ عدد العاملين في هذه المكتبات واعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي لتحليل و تفسير الإجابات والنتائج المتحصل عليها في الدراسة،وقد استخدمنا أداة الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات وحزمة Spss لتحليل البيانات. ولقد تم التوصل من خلال الدراسة أن العاملين بالمكتبات الرئيسية محل الدراسة على وعي العاملين بمفهوم الشبكات الاجتماعية، كما لديهم مهارات تكنولوجية تمكنهم من استخدامها إلا أن هناك صعوبات ومشاكل تواجههم في استعمال هذه التقنيات . |
| Description: | This study aims to know the extent to which library services are promoted to provide information services through social networks on the one hand, and on the other hand to know the difficulties they face without using these technologies, and this study also aims to reveal the technological skills of employees that enable them to use social networks. Public reading libraries located in the state of Tebessa - Malek bin Nabi - as a field for our study, where the number of workers in these libraries reached and we adopted the descriptive approach to analyze and interpret the answers and results obtained in the study, and we used the questionnaire tool to collect information and the Spss package to analyze the data.It has been concluded through the study that the employees of the main libraries under study are aware of the employees of the concept of social networks, and they also have technological skills that enable them to use them, but there are difficulties and problems they face in using these technologies. |
