| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بحث تأثير إدارة الوقت في أداء العاملين، ودراسة الأثر المباشر لإدارة الوقت في الأداء الوظيفي، وغير المباشر من خلال دراسة أهم آليات التحكم بالوقت. وقد اشتملت مجتمع الدراسة على 11 موظفا من العاملين في مكتبة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية – جامعة العربي التبسي تبسة- وتم جمع بيانات الدراسة بواسطة إستبانة تم تصميمها لهذا الغرض واستخدمت عدداً من الأساليب لتحليل البيانات واختبار فرضيات الدراسة. كما أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن العاملين في المكتبة لديهم مهارة وفكرة لا بأس بها في إدارة الوقت بصورة إجمالية وعلى كافة الأبعاد، ودلت النتائج أن لديهم تحكم جيد في الوقت، كما بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر لإدارة الوقت في الأداء الوظيفي بصورة مباشرة، وغير مباشرة من خلال الإدارة الجيدة للوقت. |
| Description: | This study aimed to examine the impact of time management on the performance of employees, and to study the direct impact of time management on job performance, and the indirect one by studying the most important mechanisms of time control. The study population included 11 employees working in the library of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences - University of Larbi Tebessa Tebessa. The study data was collected by means of a questionnaire designed for this purpose and used a number of methods to analyze the data and test the hypotheses of the study. The results of the study also showed that the library workers have a good skill and idea in managing time in a totality and in all dimensions, and the results indicated that they have good control over time, and the results of the study showed that there is an impact of time management on job performance directly and indirectly through Good time management. |
