Etude du processus de chargement et de transport dans une mine à ciel ouvert. Cas de la mine de Boukhadra

Abstract

RÉSUMÉ Notre travaille se concentre sur l’étude du processus de chargement et de transport, opérations d’une importance majeure pour l’exploitation minière.

Pendant l’exploitation minière, il est opportun de faire un choix judicieux des machines de chargement et de transport et de bien les affecter pour limiter les temps d’attente et d’augmenter les rendements ce qui aboutira bien sur à la réalisation de la production planifiée.

Dans ce contexte nous avons réalisé un stage au niveau de la mine de Boukhadra (Tébessa), ce qui a permis de faire une récolte des données concernant l’exploitation du gisement de fer de Boukhadra ; nous avons également effectué les chronométrages relatifs aux opérations de chargement et de transport. L’analyse de l’état actuel des travaux de chargement et de transport au niveau de la mine de Boukhadra, a révélé des temps perdus élevés, des pannes continues ; Nous avons ainsi réalisé une optimisation des paramètres de chargement et de transport à savoir : types d’engins, nombres des engins, performance des engins, distributions des engins des attentes, files d’attente. Abstract Our work is based on studying the loading and transportation process, operations of major importance for mining. During mining, it is convenient to make a judicious choice of the machines of loading and transport and to affect them well to limit the latencies and to increase the outputs what will lead of course to the realization of the planned production. In this context we carried out a training course on the level of the mine of Boukhadra (Tebessa), which made it possible to make a harvest of the data concerning the exploitation of the iron layer of Boukhadra; we also carried out timings relating to the operations of loading and transport. The analysis of the current state of work of loading and transport on the level of the mine of Boukhadra, revealed raised wasted times, continuous purling; We thus carried out an optimization of the parameters of loading and transport to knowing: types of machines, numbers of machines, waiting lines,expectations, performance of the machines,.

يرتكزعملناحولدراسة عمليةالشحن والنقل, وهي أعمال ذات أهمية كبرى لاستغلالالمناجم. خلال عملية استغلال المناجم ، يكون من المناسب القيام باختيار حكيم لآلات الشحن والنقل وغيرها ذلك للحد من أوقات الانتظار وزيادة المردود و بالطبع هذا الأمر سيؤدي إلى تحقيق الإنتاج المخطط له. في هذا السياق قمنا بفترة تدريبية على مستوى منجم بخضرة (بتبسة)، الذي سمح بحصد معلومات متعلقة باستغلال منجم الحديد لبوخضرة، كما قمنا أيضا بأخذ التوقيت المتعلق بعمليات النقل و الشحن. وقد كشف تحليل الحالة الراهنة لعمليات النقل و الشحن على مستوى منجم بوخضرة، وجود وقت ضائع مرتفع، و أَعْطَالٌ مستمرة; بالتالي قمنا بإجراء عملية تحسين للشحن والنقل وذلك بخصوص: نوع الآلات، عدد الآلات، توزيع الآلات، أداء الآلات، الانتظار، قوائم الانتظار.
