CAUSALITES DES INSTABILITES DES PUITS PETROLIERS, CAS DU CHAMP DE HASSI MESSAOUD - ALGERIE

Abstract

Résumé : Notre projet d’étude qui avait pour thème de «causes d’instabilité des puits pétroliers », consistait à déterminer les problèmes et les solutions correspondantes afin d’assurer une bonne stabilité du puits et un bon déroulement des travaux de forage. Toutefois, les problèmes qui ont été soulevés se résumaient en, le coincement de la garniture du forage, les venues des gaz et des eaux, les risques de déviation et les éruptions des puits,les mud contamination et les pertes de circulation de la boue. Néanmoins la réalisation des études géologiques et géophysique détaillées et précise, un bon traitement et une bonne analyse des données collectées, un équipement de forage adéquat et performant, un personnel compètent et qualifier, la vigilance et le travail d’équipe ;sont des solutions qui peuvent être proposée pour y faire face.

الملخص: ضمنمشروعدراستنا،الذيكانموضوعه "أسبابعدماستقرارآبارالنفط"،تحديدالمشاكلوالحلولالمقابلةلهامنأجلضمانالاستقرارالجيدللبئروالتقدمالجيدلأعمالالحفر. لكنالاسبابالتيأثرتتمتلخيصهافيتشويشانبوبالحفر،والظهور المفاجئللغازوالماء،ومخاطرالانحرافاتوالانفجاراتفيالآبار،وتلوثسوائل الحفر و عليه فٳن الدراسةجيولوجيةوجيوفيزيائيةالدقيقة ;المعالجةالجيدةوالتحليلللبيانات و استعمال المعدات مناسبة للحفر الممكن افتراضها ;كما ان الطاقمالعملكفؤومؤهل يعد من اهم النقاط التي يمكن الاعتماد عليها للقضاء على المشاكل لعدم استقرار الابار النفطية.

Abstract : Our project, titled "causes of instability of oil wells", consists in determining the problems and the corresponding solutions for ensuring structural stability of wells and a good progression of the drilling phases. However, the problems that were raised were summed up in, the jamming of the drill string, the inflows of gas and water, the risks of deviations and blowouts of the wells, mud contamination and loss of circulation of the mud. Nevertheless, carrying out detailed and precise geological and geophysical studies, good processing and analysis of the data collected, adequate and efficient drilling equipment, competent and qualified personnel, vigilance and teamwork; are solutions that can be proposed to deal with it.
