It is the result of the restructuring operation of the national railway transport company (SNTF) considers one of a few carriers who feed the need for Tébessa for aggregates, it has an industrial base production and a potential for it. Considered as the leader of railway works in Algeria. This work mainly over bibliographic research presents two very important studies, the first are the geology of the quarry, method of exploitation, the main products of this sector. The second is a study for the geomechanical identification of the products of the "aggregates" unit by three types of main tests: physical, chemical and mechanical according to European standards for those classified according to their use in the fields. of civil engineering. Résume : L’Entreprise Nationale de Réalisation d’Infrastructures Ferroviaires INFRAFER est une entreprise publique économique. Elle est issue de l’opération de restructuration de la société nationale des transports ferroviaires (SNTF) considéré l’un de quelques carriers qui nourrir la nécessité de Tébessa aux granulats, elle dispose une base industrielle et d’un potentiel de production ou elle est considérée comme le leader des travaux ferroviaires en Algérie. Ce travail principalement plus de la recherche bibliographique présente deux études très important, la première sont la géologie du carrier, méthode d’exploitation, les principaux produits de ce secteur. Le deuxième c’est une étude pour l’identification géomécanique des produits de l’unité « les agrégats » par trois types des essais principales c’est : physiques, chimiques et mécaniques selon les normes européenne pour les classées suivant leur utilisation dans les domaines de génie civil.
