ETUDE DES INDICATEURS DE FIABILITE D’UN SYSTEME ELECTROMECANIQUE

Abstract

Résumé Dans ce travail ; nous allons optimiser la fiabilité des matérielle roulent dans le COMPLEXE MINIERE DJEBAL EL ONK SOMIPHOS DE TEBESSA par une étude et calcule des indicateur de fiabilité (historique de pannes) et la préconisation des solutions efficaces concernant ces défauts pour minimiser le temps d’arrêt et agrandir le temps de bon fonctionnement. Abstract In this work ; We will optimize the reliability of the equipment running in the DJEBAL EL ONK SOMIPHOS DE TEBESSA MINING COMPLEX by a study and calculating reliability indicators (failure history) and the recommendation of effective solutions concerning these faults to minimize downtime and increase uptime. ملخص : في هذا العمل ؛ س نعمل على تحسين موثوكية المعدات التي تعمل في المجمع المنجمي فرفوس جبل العنق ثبسة من خلال دراسة وحساب مؤشرات الموثوكية )سجل الأعطال( والتوصية بالحلول الفعالة فيما يتعلق بهذه ا أ لعطال لتلليل وكت التعطل وزيادة وكت التشغيل.
