Abstract

Dans ce travail, a fin de comprendre l’influeuce du traitement et le movement des individus à la propagation de l'Héroïne dans une population cilblè, on propose un modèle d’èpidèmiestructurè en âges avec diffusion. Après, à partir du nombre de reproduction de base R_0on ètudie la stabilitè des points d’èquilibres du système proposè. Si R_0<1, le point d'équilibre sans èpidèmie est globalement asymptotiquement stable. D’autre part, si R_0>1, le système admet un seul point d’èquilibre avec èpidèmie et il est globalement asymptotiquement stable. Abstract

In this Work, to understand the impact of spatial heterogeneity of treatment and movement of individuals on the persistence and extinction of heroin spread, we propose a new diffusive heroin transmission model with treatment-dependent age-structure. The basic reproduction number in heterogenous environment R_0of the system is defined, which is consistent with the one deduced from the next generation operator approach (x). if R_0 ≤1, the drug-free steady state is globally asymptotically stable and R_0>1, our system has a unique space-independent drug spread steady state and it is globally asymptotically stable. Finally, some numerical simulations are carried out to illustrate. ملخص

في هذا العمل, لفهم تأثير العلاج وحركة الأشخاص في عملية إنتشار و إستهلاك "مادة الهرويين " في مجتمع ما, نقترح نموذجا رياضياتي يعتمد على المعادلات التفاضلية الجزئية بحساب قيمة R_0,يتم تحديد و دراسة إستقرار النقاط الثابتة للنموذج المقترح. إذا كان 〖,R〗_0<1فإن النقطة الثابتة "بدون إدمان" للنموذج تكون مستقرة بشكل مقارب. إذا كان R_(0 )>1, فإن النموذج الوبائي يملك نقطة ثابتة وحيدة و تكون ايضا مستقرة بشكل تقاربي
