| Abstract: | من خلال دراستنا لموضوع السكنات الوظيفية في التشريع الجزائري، استخلصنا أن المشرع الجزائري قد أحاط السكنات الوظيفية بجملة من النصوص التشريعية والتنظيمية. وذلك لأهميتها البالغة في سير المرفق العام وضمان استمراريته، فحدد بذلك حالات منح هذه السكنات وإجراءات المنح ولمن تمنح وأيضا إجراءات الفسخ أو الانتهاء ومدى جواز التنازل عنها. بالإضافة الى المنازعات الناجمة عن هذه السكنات والى من يعود الاختصاص القضائي لفضها |
| Description: | Through our study of the topic of occupational housing in Algerian legislation, we have concluded that Algerian legislation has encompassed occupational housing with a number of legislative and regulatory texts. In view of its critical importance in the functioning of the General Facility and ensuring its sustainability, it identified the cases of the granting of such housing and grant procedures and to those granted, as well as annulment or termination procedures and the extent to which they may be waived. In addition to disputes arising from these residences and to anyone who has jurisdiction over them |
