Abstract

The objective of this study was to identify the work pressure and its impact on performance of workers in instution. The practical aspect was also dropped in instution protection civile cheria w tebessa. In this study ,we relied on description analytical methodology in all data and information related to the subject of the study . Including the personal interview and the distribution of the questionnaire from with in the institution .In conclusion of this study .we concluded that the work pressure has on negative impaction the performance worker in the instution.
