dc.description	This study aims to what extent according to the Algerian legislator through Law No.: 04-18 specifying the general rules related to mail and electronic communications to impose criminal protection for electronic communications, and the legal framework for electronic communications systems in Algerian legislation has been studied by clarifying the concept of electronic communications and legal regulation Its own in this Algerian legislation on the one hand, and on the other hand the study of crimes related to electronic communications and the criminal penalties established for them by addressing the confidentiality of electronic communications correspondence, and the most important and prominent equipment or equipment for electronic communications and damage to the means of their transmission. The study concluded that despite the great benefits that individuals obtained in the field of communications and information, it was a source of danger to human privacy, as this development opened new doors to violating privacy after it was covered with a kind of confidentiality.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى أي مدى وفق المشرع الجزائري من خلال القانون رقم: 04-18 المحدد للقواعد العامة المتعلقة بالبريد والاتصالات الإلكترونية إلى فرض الحماية الجنائية للاتصالات الإلكترونية، وقد تم دراسة الإطار القانوني لأنظمة الإتصالات الإلكترونية في التشريع الجزائري من خلال توضيح مفهوم الإتصالات الإلكترونية والتنظيم القانوني الخاص بها في التشريع الجزائري هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى دراسة الجرائم المتعلقة بالإتصالات الإلكترونية والجزاءات الجنائية المقرة لها من خلال التطرق إلى سرية مراسلات الإتصالات الإلكترونية، وأهم وأبرز التجهيزات أو المعدات الخاصة بالإتصالات الإلكترونية والإضرار بوسائل نقلها. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه بالرغم من الفوائد الكبيرة التي تحصل عليها الأفراد في مجال الإتصالات والمعلومات، إلا أنها كانت مصدر خطر على خصوصيات الإنسان، إذ فتح هذا التطور أبوابا جديدة لإنتهاك الخصوصية بعدما كان يكسوها نوعا من السرية	en_US
