dc.description	After Algeria ratified the United Nations Convention against Corruption, the Algerian legislator issued Law 06/01 as the first independen tlaw to prevent and combat corruption crimes, through whichit seems that hesought to give a very respectful appreciation to the nature and privacy of these crimes and the mechanisms to combat them alike, so he based his prev entivestrategy on a group of Measures and Institutions While hebased his penal policy on a set of criminal texts and procedural provisions, the lack of decline in the rates of corruption crimes in Algeria generated a dispute about the effectiveness of the mechanisms and provisions of this law in combating these crimes	en_US
dc.description.abstract	بعد مصادقة الجزائر على إتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد أصدر المشرع الجزائري القانون 06/01 كأول قانون مستقل للوقاية من جرائم الفساد ومكافحتها، والذي يبدو من خلاله أنه سعى لمنح تقدير محترم جدا لطبيعة وخصوصية هذه الجرائم ولآليات مكافحتها على حد سواء، فأقام إستراتيجيته الوقائية على مجموعة من التدابير والمؤسسات، فيما أقام سياسته الجزائية على مجموعة من النصوص التجريمية والأحكام الإجرائية، لكن عدم تراجع نسب جرائم الفساد في الجزائر ولد خلافا حول فاعلية آليات وأحكام هذا القانون في مكافحة هذه الجرائم.	en_US
