dc.description.abstract	إن ضمان السير الحسن لأعمالالضبطية القضائية لا يتحقق إلا من خلال تحقيق الهدفالرئيسي من البحث، وهو حسن سير أعمالالضبطية القضائية وكفالة احترام حقوق وحريات الأشخاصأثناء التحقيق الابتدائي، ذلك أن أعمال الضبطية القضائية تكتسي أهمية كبيرة في النظام القانوني ككلوفي قانون الإجراءات الجزائية على وجه الخصوص. وباعتبار أعمالالضبطية القضائية هي إجراءات أولية للتحقيق لاتصالهم بالجريمة فإن مخالفةتلك الأحكام الواجب إتباعها يترتب عن ذلك عدم إنتاجها لأي أثر قانوني، ولما كان هذا هو الهدفمن البحث فإن سلامة أعمال الضبطية تقتضي إتباع إجراءات قانونية أقرها المشرع وعدم مخالفتها،وذلك يتحقق من خلال الرقابة على أعمالالضبطية القضائية ممثلة في النيابة العامة وغرفة الاتهاموالتي نالت قسطا وافيا من البحث.	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	Ensuring the proper conduct of judicial seizure can only be achieved through the achievement of the main objective of the research, which is the proper functioning of judicial seizure and ensuring respect for the rights and freedoms of persons during the preliminary investigation, since judicial seizure is of great importance in the legal system as a whole and in the Code of Criminal Procedure in particular. Since judicial seizure acts are preliminary investigative procedures for their connection with the crime, the violation of those provisions to be followed results in the fact that they do not produce any legal effect, and since this is the objective of the research, the integrity of the seizure work requires the follow-up of legal procedures approved by the legislator and not to violate them, and this is achieved through the control of judicial seizure acts represented by the Public Prosecution and the Indictment Chamber, which has received a sufficient amount of research.	en_US
