dc.description	An impossible crime is a crime in which the criminaloutcome can not beachieved, and the impossibility is due here for two reasons, either the impossibility of the subjector the impossibility of the methodused, and because of thisimpossibilitymany doctrinal differences arise between the punished and the non-punishment for this crime, anda theoryemergedcalling for impunity and ratherTheycalled for punishment for it, and then came othertheoriesthatreconciled the sectarianism. Likewise, the legislationdid not agree on the text of this crime, there are those who explicitlystipulated it and there are those whocombined it with the text of the law, and the judiciarydid not settle on one position, soevery time it takes a doctrine, thenrelinquishes it and adoptsanotherprinciple	en_US
dc.description.abstract	الجريمة المستحيلة هي الجريمة التي لا يمكن فيها تحقيق النتيجة الإجرامية، والاستحالة راجعة هنا لسببين، إما استحالة الموضوع أو استحالة الوسيلة المستخدمة، وبسبب هذه الاستحالة ثارت العديد من الاختلافات الفقهية بين المعاقب وعدم المعاقب على هذه الجريمة، فنشأت نظرية تدعو لعدم العقاب وأخرى تدعو للعقاب عليها وبعدها جاءت نظريات أخرى توفق بين المذهبية. كما أن التشريعات لم تتفق في النص على هذه الجريمة، فهناك من نص عليها بنص صريح، وهناك من أدمجها مع نص الشروع، وكذلك القضاء لم يستقر على موقف واحد، ففي كل مرة يأخذ بمذهب ثم يتنازل عنه ويأخذ بمبدأ آخر	en_US
