| Abstract: | لا يمكن للسجناء حماية أنفسهم داخل المؤسسات العقابية أثناء انتشار الأوبئة، لذلك خلال انتشار كوفيد19 وضعت المسؤولية على الدولة، لتوفير كافة الخدمات الصحية والآليات القانونية اللازمة للحفاظ على سلامتهم، لأن السجن مؤسسة مغلقة لا يسمح دائما بتوفير الرعاية المتاحة في الخارج. ومن أجل تحقيق الهدف عملت الجزائر جاهدة على تطبيق كافة الآليات والإجراءات من أجل الخروج بأقل الخسائر. |
| Description: | Prisonerscanntot protect them selves in pena institution during epideics therefore, during the spread of covid19, the responsibility fell on the state to provide all health services and legal machanisms necessary to maintain their safety, because the peison is a closed institution that does not always allow the care available abroad. And in ordre to achieve the goal, Algeria has worked hard to implement all mechanisms and procedures in ordre to get out with the least losses. |
