| Abstract: | تعتبر غرامة الصلح في المواد الجزائية من التقنيات القانونية الحديثة التي تتسم بالفعالية في تخفيف العب ء على الجهات القضائية وجعلها تركز أكثر في القضايا الحساسة التي تستلزم الكثير من الجهد والوقت، حيث اعتبرها المشرع من بدائل الدعوى العمومية، كما أن غرامة الصلح وسيلة لتحقيق التوازن داخل المجتمع عن طريق بعث روح التسامح، ويتحدد نطاق تطبيق هذه الغرامة من خلال النصوص الخاصة المتعلقة ببعض الجرائم وفق شروط موضوعية تتحدد من خلال نوع الجريمة |
