| Abstract: | تعتبر جريمة تمويل الجرائم الارهابية ظاهرة إجرامية تؤرق مختلف دول العالم خاصة الدول التي تشهد الجرائم الإرهابية و ما يترتب عنه من دعم لهذه الجرائم من آثار كارثية ، حيث يلجأ ممولو الارهاب إلى استغلال أي وسيلة و مصدر من أجل عملية التمويل. لقد أصبح لزاما على المجتمع الدولي وضع آليات دولية من اجل مكافحة تمويل الجرائم الارهابية ، و العمل على تطوير المنظومة الوطنية التي من شأنها الوقاية من قيام مثل هذه الجرائم |
| Description: | Terrorism's financing is one the criminal phenomenon that makes the world's countries sleepless, specially those who witnessed it and its disastrous results Where terrorism financers use any kind of tools or resources in their operations. The international community is obliged to create international mechanisms to stop it and civilians to upgrade their national system that prevents this type of crimes from happening . |
