Abstract:	يعتبر استعمال التقنيات التكنولوجية الحديثة في قطاع العدالة وخاصة تلك التي توفر ميزات الاتصال المرئي والمسموع عن بعد من اهم مظاهر عصرنة العدالة,حيث ان اعتماد هذه التقنية له اهمية كبيرة في تكريس مبدا سرعة الاجراءات وهذا من خلال الضوابط الاجرائية التي وضعها المشرع الجزائري في تطبيق هذه التقنية الا ان لها اثر يرجع على ضمانات المحاكمة العادلة لاسيما ماتعلقت بحقوق للدفاع واحترام مبدأ الوجاهية بين الخصوم وتقييم فعالية هذا النظام في مواجهة الظروف الطارئة التي قد تعيق السير العادي للاجراءات التقاضي.
Description:	The use of modern technological techniques in the justice sector, especially those that provide the advantages of video and audio communication from a distance, is one of the most important aspects of modernizing justice, as the adoption of this technology is of great importance in establishing the principle of speed of procedures, and this is through the procedural controls established by the Algerian legislator in the application of this technology. However, it has an impact on the guarantees of a fair trial, especially with regard to the rights of the defense and respect for the principle of primacy between litigants and evaluation of the effectiveness of this system in the face of emergency circumstances that may hinder the normal course of litigation procedures.
