dc.description	The order of the law (performance of duty) is one of the reasons for the permissibility approved by the Algerian legislator for persons, that is, every result of an act ordered by the law is considered legitimate. That is, all acts committed by the employee or a person ordered by law are considered justified acts and are not punishable. The acts are also considered justified if they are authorized by the law, they are the use of a right such as the right of discipline and the right of criticism, as well as if the actions are the result of a legitimate defense that meets the legally specified conditions, which the Algerian legislator mentioned exclusively in the Penal Code, that is, the defending person is not punished, but his act becomes permissible	en_US
dc.description.abstract	إن امر لقانون (اداء الواجب) هو سبب من اسباب الإباحة التي اقرها المشرع الجزائري للأشخاص، أي كل نتيجة لفعل امر به القانون تعد مشروعة، فالقانون امرالموظف بالقيام بأعمال والتي بطبيعة الحال تصب في مصلحة النظام العام والمجتمع. أي كل افعال يأتي بها الموظف او اي شخص آخر امر بها القانون تعتبر مبررة ولا يعاقب عليها. كذلك تعتبر الأفعال مبررة إن كانت قد اذن بها القانون، فهي استعمال لحق كحق التأديب وحق النقد، كذلك إذا كانت نتيجة لدفاعا شرعيا مستوفى للشروط المحددة قانونا، والتي ذكرها المشرع الجزائري على سبيل الحصر في قانون العقوبات، أي لا يعاقب الشخص المدافع بل يصبح فعله مباحا.	en_US
