| Abstract: | تناولت هذه الدراسة تطور السياسة الخارجية الصينية تجاه الشرق الأوسط، في محاولة لمعرفة أسبابها و أهدافها التي تأتي في سياق تطور السياسة الخارجية الصينية تجاه المنطقة.و يأتي ذلك من خلال دراسة الإتجاهات، و التغيرات التي حصلت على هذه السياسة في الفترة(2015-2022).و ذلك لما أفرزت السياسة الصينية تحولات عديدة على ساحة المنطقة المتوسطية. تظهر أهمية الدراسة في اهتمام الباحث بهذه الدراسة، كون الصين من الدول الصاعدة و المؤثرة في القرارات العالمية، أما أهمية الدراسة فتكمن في كونها تهدف إلى التعرف على سياسة الصين الخارجية تجاه الشرق الأوسط، لا سيما و أنها دولة ذات قوة إقتصادية و عسكرية لها تأثير على السياسة العالمية.أما مشكلة الدراسة فقد حاولت رصد سياسة الصين الخارجية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط في الفترة الممتدة(2015-2022)و ذلك من خلال طرح السؤال: فيما تتمثل السياسة الخارجية الصينية تجاه منطقة الشرق الأوسط 2015/2022؟ حاولت هذه الدراسة تحقيق عدد من الأهداف كان أهمها: التعرف على سياسة الصين الخارجية و على سياسة الصين الخارجية تجاه منطقة الشرق الأوسط في الفترة2015/2022.و لذلك أستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي و المنهج التاريخي و منهج دراسة الحالة في دراسة بعد دول المنطقة، و توصلت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقات و الاتفاقيات التي قامت بها الصين في المنطقة و المشاريع و الإستثمارات التي قامت من خلال مشاريع النفط و الطاقة المتجددة و المبادلات و غيرها من المشاريع. |
| Description: | This study dealt with the development of Chinese foreign policy towards the Middle East, in an attempt to find out its causes and objectives that come in the context of the development of Chinese foreign policy towards the region. This comes by studying the trends and changes that occurred in this policy in the period (2015-2022). This is when Chinese policy has resulted in many transformations on the Mediterranean scene. The importance of the study appears in the researcher’s interest in this study, as China is one of the rising countries that influences global decisions. The importance of the study lies in the fact that it aims to identify China’s foreign policy towards the Middle East, especially since it is a country with an economic and military power that has an impact on Global politics. As for the problem of the study, it tried to monitor China's foreign policy in the Middle East in the period (2015-2022) by asking the question: What is the Chinese foreign policy towards the Middle East 2015/2022? This study attempted to achieve a number of objectives, the most important of which were: Getting to know China’s foreign policy and China’s foreign policy towards the Middle East in the period 2015/2022. Therefore, the researcher used the descriptive approach, the historical approach, and the case study approach in a study after the countries of the region, and it reached The study aims to know the relations and agreements made by China in the region and the projects and investments made through oil and renewable energy projects, exchanges and other projects |
