Abstract

This study aims at financial analysis by relying on the Boston Consulting Group model, Or What is Known as the BCG model, by addressing the financial analysIS, the tools used in the analysis process, alos identify the model and the situations on which it is based, as well as the relationship between them. Where the Phospate Mines Corporation and the Tebessa Cement Corporation were selected. Subject to study by analyzing the financial statemants using financial analysis tools such as financial ration, as it was cocluded that every institution occupies a good position in the model and a good and stable financial position.
