dc.description	The study aimed to know the relationship between self-efficacy and the control center of football players, and in this context references and sources were used, most of which are in the field of psychology and psychology, and the descriptive approach was the method used in the study, and the study sample consisted of 22 Players are active at the level of Tébessa. In order to answer the questions raised, the self-efficacy scale of researcher Thamer Mahmoud was applied and the Rotter Control Center scale was applied, which is distributed by by Alaa El-Din Kafafi. To verify the hypotheses of the study, the spss program was used to analyze the data. In light of this, the following results were reached:  The level of self-efficacy is high among football players.  The control center for football players is external.  There is a correlation between self-efficacy and the source of control, whereby the more control is directed towards the external destination, the higher the level of self-efficacy.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين فاعلية الذات و مركز الضبط لدى لاعبي كرة القدم، و في هذا السياق تم الاستعانة بمراجع و مصادر اغلبها في مجال علم النفس و علم النفس، و كان المنهج الوصفي هو المنهج المستخدم في الدراسة، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من 22 لاعبا ينشطون على مستوى ولاية تبسة. و من اجل الإجابة على التساؤلات المطروحة تم تطبيق مقياس فاعلية الذات للباحث ثامر محمود و تطبيق مقياس مركز الضبط لروتر Rotter)) و الذي قام بتعريبه و تقنينه على البيئة العربية علاء الدين كفافي. للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدم برنامج spss لتحليل البيانات، و قد تم التوصل في ضوء ذلك إلى النتائج التالية:  مستوى فاعلية الذات مرتفع لدى لاعبي كرة القدم.  الضبط السائد لدى لاعبي كرة القدم هو الضبط الخارجي.  توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين فاعلية الذات و مصدر الضبط حيث كلما اتجه الضبط نحو الوجهة الخارجية ارتفع مستوى فاعلية الذات. الكلمات المفتاحية : فاعلية الذات، مركز الضبط، لاعب كرة القدم	en_US
