| Abstract: | هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة تأثير نمط الحياة على اللياقة البدنية المرتبطة بالصحة لدى تلاميذ الطور المتوسط بولاية تبسة – الجزائر ، وذلك من حيث النشاط البدني، أنشطة الخمول، والعادات الغذائية.استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي واختيرت عينة الدراسة على 125 تلميذ من كلا الجنسين،تم من خلالها اجراء 09 اختبارات تمثل قياسا لمكونات اللياقة البدنية المرتبطة بالصحة (بطارية يوروفيت ( من أجل معرفة اللياقة القلبية التنفسية ، اللياقة العضلية الهيكلية ، اللياقة الحركية ، التوازن ، المرونة وتركيب الجسم. تم التوصل الى تحديد مستوى نمط الحياة للعينة المختارة ومعرفة الفروق ذات الدلالات الاحصائية بين كل الانشطة تبعا لمتغير الجنس ، السن .الحالة الجسمية اضافة لتحديد العلاقة الارتباطية ومدى تأثير نمط الحياة على اللياقة البدنية المرتبطة بالصحة لدى تلاميذ الطور المتوسط في ولاية تبسة . |
| Description: | The objective of studies had been foccus on the level of Health-rlated phisical fhiness as for the components of the life typenature of middthe schod pupil in the wilaya of tebessa Algiers . The Researcher uses the descriptive methadology and choses a simple of study . 125 pupil of two genters in wich there were 9 exam represents a measure for the formation of the phisical Fitness related to health (yorphit battery to reconognize the heart and breath Fitness Striped muscle .the moving fitness Flexibility.Equation Tightness and the form of body . They rech the point of limiting the level of the type of life for the suggested somple and knowing the differencies with Significant statestics between all the activities according to the change of genders age . adding to that setting the relationship that affects of the lifetypeon the Fitness related to health among thddk school pupils in Tebessa . |
