dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to identify the job alienation and its relation to the functional performance of the post office employees of Algeria- Tebessa- . The analytical descriptive method was followed, and for the purpose of collecting data on the field; the observation was prepared through the exploratory study and questionnaire distributed to the target group After treating and discussing the given data and in the light of the previous studies and theoretical approach, we reached an interpretation of these results, through which the significance of partial hypotheses was proven and therefore the answer to the central question concerning the study Finally, the results confirm that the employee's alienation at the post office of Algeria - Tebessa - from his work has a negative impact on his professional and functional performance and the more alienation the lower the rate of performanceen_US
