| Abstract: | هدفت الدراسة إلى تبيان العلاقة بين الهوية المهنية لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية بالممارسات التدريسية له، اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي حيث تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة تبسة، تكونت العينة من 15 أستاذا وتمثلت أداة جمع البيانات في الاستبيان الذي تم توزيعه عن إلكترونيا عن طريق نماذج جوجل، وبعد جمع البيانات قمنا بتحليلها بواسطة برنامج spss 23 وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه توجد علاقة طردية بين الهوية المهنية والممارسات التدريسية لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية. |
| Description: | The study aimed to investigate the relationship between the professional identity of physical education teachers and their teaching practices. The descriptive method was employed, and the study population consisted of physical education teachers at the Institute of Physical and Sports Sciences and Technologies at Tébessa University. The sample consisted of 15 teachers, and data were collected through an electronically distributed questionnaire using Google Forms. After data collection, the study analyzed the data using SPSS 23 software. The study concluded that there is a significant relationship between professional identity and teaching practices of physical education teachers. |
