| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الدور النفسي للمدرب على أداء لاعبي كرة القدم صنف (أقل من 17 سنة)، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة، في حين شمل مجتمع البحث لاعبي كرة القدم صنف (أقل من 17 سنة) بالبطولة الولائية - تبسة -، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة القصدية وبلغ عددها 16 لاعبا من لاعبي نادي إتحاد تبسة صنف أقل من 17 سنة)، وبعد بناء استمارة استبيان وتحكيمها تم الاعتماد عليها في جمع البيانات ثم المعالجة الإحصائية، وقد كانت أهم النتائج المتوصل لها هي الأثر الإيجابي للدور النفسي للمدرب على التعبئة النفسية للاعبي الفريق، تماسك الفريق وديناميكية الجماعة الأداء المهاري، الأداء الخططي الأداء البدني ومنه وكإستنتاج عام توصلنا إلى أن للمدرب دور نفسي فعال يؤثر إيجابا على أداء لاعبي كرة القدم. |
| Description: | This study aimed to know the impact of the psychological role of the coach on the performance of soccer players class (under 17 years), and the researchers used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the study, while the research community included football players class (under 17 years) in the state championship - Tebessa The sample of the study was chosen by the intentional method, and it consisted of 16 players from US Tebessa club, class (less than 17 years old), and after building and arbitrating a questionnaire form, it was relied upon in collecting data and then statistical processing. The most important results reached were the positive effect of the psychological role To coach the performance of soccer players. |
