| Abstract: | لقد أصبحت الريادة اليوم مطلب في تسويق الرياضة، حيث لم تعد هذه الأخيرة تمارس من أجل الترفيه أو الصحةفحسب بل تعدتها إلى ولوج أكبر أبواب الإستثمار وصارت سلعة مربحة وقبلة لرؤوس الأموال، لذا أصبح على القائمينعلى تطوير الرياضة العناية بعديد الجوانب التي تضمن أعلى مستويات الإنجاز ومن بين أهم العوامل المساهمة في تطورالرياضة والوصول إلى الريادة هي إكشاف المواهب الشابة وذلك من خلال تحديد الأفراد الموهوبين في التخصص في أصغرسن ممكن، وأصبح لنتائج تحديد المواهب دوركبير في ترشيد الموارد وتحقيق عوائد مجزية من الاستثمار الرياضـي، ومع ذلك فإن عملية تحديد المواهب الرياضية للفريق والتنبؤ بالنجاح هو عملية معقدة. |
| Description: | Today's leadership has become a requirement in the marketing of sport, as the latter is no longer practised solely for the sake of recreation or health but has gone back to entering the largest investment doors and has become a profitable commodity and a capital kiss. So sports developers have to take care of many aspects that guarantee the highest levels of achievement. One of the most important factors contributing to the development of sport and access to leadership is the discovery of young talents by identifying talented individuals in specialization at the youngest possible age. and the results of identifying Durkper's talent in rationalizing resources and generating rewarding returns from sports investment, yet The process of identifying the team's sporting talents and predicting success is complex. |
