dc.description	The studyaimed to find out how effective muscular extensions are in the warm-up and recoveryprocesses of footballers and indicating the type of relationshipbetween muscle extension, warming and retrieval in the sports field, A fieldstudy on the team of sharia molodia and nedjem, the researcherused the descriptive curriculum to suit him for suchstudies, Using the questionnaire data collection tool, on a sample of 23 footballers, The studyresulted in a statisticallysignificant positive correlationbetweenmuscular extension and warm-up in footballers as well as a statisticallysignificant positive correlationbetweenmuscular extension and retrieval in footballers, Muscular extension wasfound to be effective in warming up and retrieving footballers for the study sample.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى فاعلية التمديد العضلي في عمليتي الاحماء والاسترجاع لدى لاعبي كرة القدم، وتبيان نوع العلاقة بين التمديد العضلي والاحماء والاسترجاع في المجال الرياضي، دراسة ميدانية على فريق مولودية ونجم الشريعة، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لمثل هذه الدراسات، مستعملا اداة جمع البيانات الإستبيان، على عينة قدرها 23 لاعب كرة قدم ، أسفرت الدراسة على وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة احصائية بين التمديد العضلي والاحماء لدى لاعبي كرة القدم، وكذا وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة احصائية بين التمديد العضلي والاسترجاع لدى لاعبي كرة القدم، وتبين أن للتمديد العضلي فاعلية في الاحماء والاسترجاع لدى لاعبي كرة القدم لعينة الدراسة.	en_US
