Abstract

ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية: هدفت هذه الدراسة الموسومة "حاضنة المؤسسات الناشئة ودورها في دعم ابتكارات الشباب الجزائري في إطار التنمية الوطنية" إلى التطرق لإحدى الركائز الأساسية في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، وبالاعتماد فيها على تقنية الروبورتاج المصور باعتباره الأنسب وسيلة للتعريف بــ INNOEST COMPANY حاضنة للمؤسسات الناشئة والمشاريع الإبداعية، فإسمها يدل على معناها فهي بدورها تحتضن وتتبنى و تدعم الأفكار الإبداعية القابلة للتطوير لتصبح مؤسسات ناشئة ناجحة ومطورة من خلال ماتقدمه من خدمات وتسهيلات لأصحاب المشاريع كتوفير مساحات مكتبية، ورشات تدريبية، طرق الحصول على التمويل، توفير مبرمجين ... فحاولنا من خلال هذا الروبورتاج شرح إستراتيجية عمل هذه الحاضنة وكيف تقوم بتطوير مهارات الشباب المبدع والمبتكر و دعمه منذ ولادة فكرته حتى مرحلة التخرج من الحاضنة وحصوله علامة "مؤسسة ناشئة"، كما قمنا بعرض نماذج حية من أصحاب الشركات الناشئة والابتكارات في شتى المجالات، بالرغم من التحديات والصعوبات التي واجهتهم إلا أنهم لم يستسلموا وتابعوا طريق نجاحهم. وتوصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: • تعتبر Innoest company من بين حاضنات الأعمال التي تشجع وتطور من نشاط المؤسسات الناشئة، خاصة وأنها تقوم بإحتضان المشاريع منذ ولادة الفكرة الى غاية تجسيدها على أرض الواقع . • إن التركيز على الدور الإعلامي في التعريف بحاضنات الأعمال والمؤسسات الناشئة والشباب المبتكر، يضفي أهمية مضاعفة ومنه تسليط الضوء على مثل هذه الأفكار ولنشر ثقافة التفكير والإبداع والابتكار في المشاريع من خلال هذا العمل الإعلامي . • تشجيع أصحاب المشاريع والمؤسسات من خلال نقل أعمالهم للساحة الإعلامية Abstract: This study entitled “The hosting of emerging enterprises and their role in supporting the innovations of Algerian youth within the framework of national development” ,in which we relied on the illustrated reportage technique as the most appropriate means of definition and highlighting one of the main pillars in achieving economic development ,and among the contemporary and recently raised issues, it is An incubator for emerging enterprises, as it in turn embraces and adopts creative ideas that can be developed to become successful, productive and competitive startups through the services and facilities provided by the incubator to entrepreneurs such as providing digital space, training workshops, creating a teamwork environment, and providing technical support Through this reportage, we tried to explain the business strategy of this incubator and how it works to support innovative youth from the birth of its idea until the stage of project implementation and graduation from the incubator and obtaining the label of an emerging institution. The integration of the field of aquaculture with artificial intelligence, the field of services as well as smart applications and the field of artificial intelligence, as well as its embrace of different age groups and gender. Through this study, we reached many results, the most important of which are: • Innoest company is among the incubators of emerging institutions that encourage and develop the activity of emerging institutions, especially as it incubates projects from the birth of the idea until its embodiment on the ground. • Focusing on the role of the media in defining business incubators, emerging institutions, and innovative youth, adds double importance, including shedding light on such ideas and spreading the culture of thinking, creativity, and innovation through this media work. • Encourage project owners and institutions by transferring their work to the media arena Résumé : Cette étude, s’intitulant « Le rôle de l’incubateur des startups dans le soutien des innovations de la jeunesse algérienne dans le cadre du développement national. », a pour objectif de mettre l’accent sur l’un des fondements du développement économique tout en adoptant le reportage illustré, étant la meilleure façon de présenter INNOSET COMPANY : l’incubateur des startups et des projets créatifs. Comme son nom l’indique, cet établissement vise à adopter et soutenir toute nouvelle idée capable de se transformer en petites entreprises prospères ; et ce à travers les services accordés aux entrepreneurs y compris le financement, la mise en place des bibliothèques, des ateliers de formation et des programmateurs… En effet, nous avons essayé d’expliquer le fonctionnement de cet incubateur et ses stratégies de développement des talents, de soutien et de façonnement des idées originales jusqu’à ce qu’elles deviennent une réalité, des startups. Par ailleurs, nous avons donné l’exemple de plusieurs directeurs de startups de différents domaines, qui, malgré tous les obstacles rencontrés, ont atteint leurs buts. En définitive, nous sommes arrivées aux conclusions suivantes : • INNOSET COMPANY est l’un des incubateurs le plus encourageant et développant des activités des startups. • Le rôle primordial des médias dans la présentation des incubateurs des startups et des innovations. • Encourager les entrepreneurs des projets et des entreprises en médiatisant leurs travaux.
